Pam came to East Valley after working for Bell Aliant for over 30 years, where she held various clerical and management positions. While assigned to IT Delivery projects at Bell Aliant, she developed a keen interest in Business Change Management – the “people side” of projects, where she was able to display her empathetic intelligence. Pam’s intuition, creativity and problem solving abilities correspond with East Valley’s vision.
